Consents under Operative Documents. Except as otherwise provided in Section 16(a) hereof, the Administrative Agent may, with the prior consent of the Majority Lenders (but not otherwise), consent to any modification, supplement or waiver under any of the Operative Documents, provided that, without the prior consent of each Lender, the Administrative Agent shall not (except as provided herein) release any collateral or otherwise terminate any Lien under any Operative Document providing for collateral security, or agree to additional obligations being secured by such collateral security (unless the Lien for such additional obligations shall be junior to the Lien in favor of the other obligations secured by such Operative Document), except that no such consent shall be required, and the Administrative Agent is hereby authorized, to release any Lien covering property which is the subject of a disposition of property permitted hereunder or to which the Lenders have consented.
