Consents under Operative Documents. Subject to Section 13.01 of the Mortgage, no Agent may, without the prior consent of the Controlling Creditor, consent to any modification, supplement, waiver, amendment or take any other action under any of the Operative Documents, or otherwise grant its consent, approval or waiver of any matter hereunder or under the Mortgage, provided that, without the prior consent of each Loan Participant, such Agent shall not (except as provided herein or in the Operative Documents) release any collateral or otherwise terminate any Lien under any Operative Document providing for collateral security, or agree to additional obligations being secured by such collateral security (unless the Lien for such additional obligations shall be junior to the Lien in favor of the other obligations secured by such Operative Document), except that no such consent shall be required, and such Agent is hereby authorized, to release any Lien covering property which is the subject of a disposition of property permitted hereunder or under any other Operative Document or to which the Controlling Creditor have consented.
