Consents under Other Loan Documents. Except as otherwise provided in Section 11.04 with respect to this Agreement, the Administrative Agent may, with the prior consent of the Majority Lenders (but not otherwise), consent to any modification, supplement or waiver under any of the Loan Documents, provided that, without the prior consent of each Lender, the Administrative Agent shall not (except as provided herein or in the Security Documents) release Mediacom Broadband from its guarantee obligations under the Guarantee and Pledge Agreement or release all or substantially all of the Subsidiary Guarantors from their obligations under the Security Documents, or release all or substantially all of the collateral or otherwise terminate all or substantially all of the Liens under the Security Documents (taken as a whole), or agree to additional obligations being secured by all or substantially all such collateral security (unless such additional obligations arise under this Agreement, or the Lien for such additional obligations shall be junior to the Lien in favor of the other obligations secured by such Security Document, in either of which events the Administrative Agent may consent to such Lien, provided that it obtains the consent of the Majority Lenders thereto), alter the relative priorities of the obligations entitled to the benefits of all or substantially all of the Liens under the Security Documents, except that no such consent shall be required, and the Administrative Agent is hereby authorized, to release any Lien covering Property (and to release any Subsidiary Guarantor) that is the subject of either a disposition of Property permitted hereunder or a Disposition to which the Majority Lenders have consented.
