Consents under Other Loan Documents. Except as otherwise provided in Section 11.04 hereof with respect to this Agreement, the Agent may, with the prior consent of the Majority Lenders (but not otherwise), consent to any modification, supplement or waiver under any of the Loan Documents, PROVIDED that, without the prior consent of each Lender, the Agent shall not (except as provided herein or in the Security Documents) release any guarantee or collateral or otherwise terminate any Lien under any Loan Document providing for collateral security, or agree to additional obligations being secured by such collateral security, except that no such consent shall be required, and the Agent is hereby authorized, to release any Lien covering Property that is the subject of a disposition of Property permitted hereunder or to which the Majority Lenders have consented or to release any guarantee of any Obligor that is the subject of a disposition to which the Majority Lenders have consented.
