Common use of Consents; Waivers Clause in Contracts

Consents; Waivers. Whenever either party's consent or approval is required under this lease, the party shall promptly exercise its judgment in a reasonable manner. Failure of a party to insist on a strict performance of any of the terms and conditions hereof shall be deemed a waiver of the rights or remedies that the party may have regarding that specific instance only, and shall not be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach or default in any terms and conditions.
