Consequence of Natural Expiration of this Agreement. If this Agreement naturally expires in accordance with Section 11.1, then with respect to any Product that is the subject of such expiration for which Novartis has a license under Section 5.1 at such time, Akcea grants to Novartis a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license under [***] and the [***] to Research, Develop, Manufacture, have Manufactured and Commercialize such Product.
