Common use of Consequence of Termination Clause in Contracts

The full balance due under the Agreement together with any penalty, interest and all other charges and expenses owing to Mogo Auto shall become immediately due and payable to Mogo Auto and without giving notice to the Borrower or affecting any of Mogo Auto’s rights under the Agreement.
