Consequences and Effect of Assignments. (i) From and after the effective date specified in any Assignment and Acceptance, the assignee shall be deemed and treated as a party to this Agreement and, to the extent that rights and obligations hereunder and under the Notes held by the assignor have been assigned or negotiated to the assignee pursuant to such Assignment and Acceptance, to have the rights and obligations of a Lender hereunder as fully as if such assignee had been named as a Lender in this Agreement and of a holder of such Notes, and the assignor shall, to the extent that rights and obligations hereunder or under such Notes have been assigned or negotiated by it pursuant to such Assignment and Acceptance, relinquish its rights and be released from its future obligations under this Agreement.
