CONSEQUENCES OF ACCEPTANCE OF IMPROVEMENTS. A. The City’s final acceptance of the City improvements constitutes a grant to the City of all the Developer’s right, title, and interest in and to the City improvements. B. Upon final acceptance of the improvements, the City will maintain said improvements, except regarding the Developer’s obligations covered by warranty in Section 3.08.
