Consequences of Actionable Violation. When an Owner (the “Violating Co-Owner”) commits an Actionable Violation, the Violating Owner shall be liable for all damages or losses that result from the Actionable Violation including late charges, penalties, fines, attorney's fees and court or arbitration costs.
