Consequences of Breach of Contract. A breach of this Contract by Resident, including but not limited to delinquency in payment, may result in any or all of the following actions: suspension of use of the meal portion of the contract, administrative action against Resident’s status in the University, a hold on records, initiation of termination of tenancy proceedings, and eviction.
