Common use of Consequences of Cancellation, Suspension or Termination Clause in Contracts

Consequences of Cancellation, Suspension or Termination. (a) Subject to our rights under Clause 12.1(a), if we cancel or suspend the Service for any of the reasons listed in Clause 12.3, we will not charge you any disconnection or reconnection fee. If your account is terminated as a result of any of these events, you will be entitled to a refund of the unexpired portion of any amounts you have paid in advance in accordance with Clause 4.11.
