Consequences of Consumer Event of Default. 12.2.1 Upon the occurrence of any Consumer Event of Default, or upon becoming aware of 12.2.2 The Consumer shall rectify/cure the relevant Consumer Event of Default within 30 days from the date of issue of the Default Notice ("Cure Period"). If the Consumer fails to rectify the Consumer Event of Default within the Cure Period, then the SPO shall, without prejudice to any of its other rights under this Agreement or Applicable Law, have the right to: (a) suspend supply of all electricity to the Consumer; (b) recover amounts due and payable to it by adjusting such amounts against the S.D to recover amounts due and payable to it; and/or (c) terminate the Agreement in accordance with Clause13. 12.2.3 For avoidance of any doubt, the SPO may exercise any one or more of its rights as mentioned above at its sole discretion. Further, the exercise of any such rights shall not restrict or in any manner affect the rights of the SPO to operate and maintain the Plant as usual and sell all future electricity output to any third party including the Discom at its discretion.
