Consequences of Delivery of Security Protection Notice. Upon delivery of a Security Protection Notice: (a) the Floating Charge, created pursuant to the Note Trust Deed, shall crystallise into a fixed charge or fixed charges as regards any assets specified in the Security Protection Notice; and (b) by way of further assurance of such fixed charge or fixed charges the Issuer shall promptly execute over such assets a fixed charge or fixed charges or other Encumbrance in favour of the Note Trustee in such form as the Note Trustee shall require.
