CONSEQUENCES OF DISSOLUTION EVENTS. Upon the occurrence of a Dissolution Event as to the Manager, the Company shall dissolve unless the remaining Members ("Remaining Members") holding a majority of the Percentage Interests which all Remaining Members hold, consent within ninety (90) days of the Dissolution Event to the continuation of the business of the Company and to the election of a new Manager.
