CONSEQUENCES OF EARLY TERMINATION /EXPIRY. 14.4.1 The Intending LESSEE shall upon expiry or early determination of the Agreement to Lease/Lease Deed in accordance with the Agreement to Lease/Lease Deed, hand over the vacant and peaceful possession of the Schedule Property in as good a condition as it was handed over to the Intending LESSEE, except for the normal wear and tear.
