Consequences of expert’s decision. If the expert determines that the Licensee has failed to comply with its obligations under Clause 5.1, and if the Licensee fails to take the Specific Action within six (6) months after the expert giving his decision in accordance with Schedule 2, UCLB shall be entitled, by giving, at any time within four (4) months after the end of that six (6) month period, not less than three (3) months’ notice, to terminate this Agreement.

Consequences of expert’s decision. If the expert Expert determines that the Licensee has failed to comply with its obligations under pursuant to Clause 5.15.1 taking into account the provisions set out in Schedule 2, and if the Licensee fails to take the Specific Action within six (6) months after of the expert Expert giving his decision in accordance with Schedule 2decision, UCLB UCD shall be entitled, by giving, at any time within four three (43) months after the end of that six (6) month period, not less than three (3) months’ notice, notice to terminate this AgreementAgreement and the licences granted to the Licensee pursuant to Clause 2.
