Consequences of expert’s decision. If the Expert determines that the Licensee has failed to comply with its obligations pursuant to Clause 5.1 taking into account the provisions set out in Schedule 2, and if the Licensee fails to take the Specific Action within six (6) months of the Expert giving his decision, UCD shall be entitled, by giving, at any time within three (3) months after the end of that six (6) month period, not less than three (3) months’ notice to terminate this Agreement and the licences granted to the Licensee pursuant to Clause 2.

Consequences of expert’s decision. If the Expert expert determines that the Licensee has failed to comply with its obligations pursuant to under Clause 5.1 taking into account the provisions set out in Schedule 25.1, and if the Licensee fails to take the Specific Action within six (6) months of after the Expert expert giving his decisiondecision in accordance with Schedule 2, UCD UCLB shall be entitled, by giving, at any time within three four (34) months after the end of that six (6) month period, not less than three (3) months’ notice notice, to terminate this Agreement and the licences granted to the Licensee pursuant to Clause 2Agreement.
