CONSEQUENCES OF EXPIRY, TERMINATION OR PARTY LEAVING. 15.1 In the event that this Agreement expires, is terminated (whether in full or in part) or a Party leaves the Collaborative (the "Exiting Party"), the Parties agree to co-operate to ensure an orderly wind down of their joint activities as set out in this Agreement and the following provisions shall (unless agreed otherwise by the Parties) have effect:
