Consequences of Non-Compliance with Requirements. Due to the possible adverse consequences of contact with students and other minor-aged individuals, any failure by the Contractor to ensure compliance with the requirements of this Section 3.7 shall be deemed and construed to constitute a material breach of the Contract, upon which the District, in its sole discretion, may immediately terminate the Contract without any further compensation to Contractor and/or pursue all other rights and remedies it may have against the Contractor pursuant to law or the Contract.
