Consequences of Non-Satisfaction. 2.2.1 If the Condition in clause 2.1.1 has not been satisfied within 3 months after the date of this Agreement, (or such later date as the Parties may agree in writing), then either Party may, at any time thereafter and for so long as the Condition remains unsatisfied, terminate this Agreement by giving not less than 30 days' prior notice to the other Party.
