Consequences of Purchaser terminating agreement. If the Purchaser terminates this agreement because Tasmanian Irrigation has breached this agreement, without prejudice to any other remedy which the Purchaser might have against Tasmanian Irrigation, the Purchaser is absolutely entitled to a refund of the Deposit and any interest earned on it and any other money paid by the Purchaser to Tasmanian Irrigation.
