CONSEQUENCES OF TERMINATION/EXPIRY. 20.1. On termination or expiry of this Agreement: (a) The Customer will immediately deliver to the Company all documentation and property in its possession or control that belongs to the Company, including any SIM cards issued for any products supplied by the Company as part of the Services, in good working condition; and (b) Pay to the Company all monies owed to it under this Agreement up to the date of termination.
