Consequences of Termination of a Purchase Order. Purchase Orders issued under this LTA-G may be terminated in accordance with their terms. The termination of a Purchase Order will be without prejudice to this LTA-G which will continue in effect, unless and until the LTA-G Period expires or this LTA-G is terminated in accordance with this Article 10.
