Consequences of Termination of this LTA-S. The termination of this LTA-S will be without prejudice to each Contract for Services issued under this LTA-S and outstanding at the effective date of termination, in respect of which this LTA-S will continue to apply, unless and until such Contract for Services expires or is terminated in accordance with its terms.
