Consequences of Termination, Withdrawal or Expulsion. (a) A Team Member who withdraws or is expelled from this Agreement shall cease to be a party to this Agreement and shall cease to be a Team Member of the M-OHT.
Consequences of Termination, Withdrawal or Expulsion.  A Team Member that withdraws or is expelled from this Framework shall cease to be a party to this Framework. Any such notice shall contain an explanation in reasonably sufficient detail of the grounds for withdrawal. To the extent reasonably requested by LIPA, the ISO shall treat this explanation as confidential consistent with the ISO’s confidentiality procedures.
