CONSEQUENCES OF THE TERMINATION. In the event of termination of the General Terms and Conditions for any reason, any Transaction made prior to such termination shall be duly and fully executed by the Qualified Supplier in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Contractual Framework. On the date of termination of the General Terms and Conditions, no new Transactions may be entered into. The termination or the expiration of the General Terms and Conditions or of any Transaction relating thereto, does not in any way release the Parties from the obligations that may have arisen before the said termination, nor does it put an end to the contractual provisions which by their nature must survive.
