Common use of Consequences of unauthorised use of the IPR of SDGE Clause in Contracts

Consequences of unauthorised use of the IPR of SDGE. Any unauthorised use by Licensee of the IPR of SDGE will result in either or both of: (a) cancellation by SDGE of this Agreement; and / or (b) legal action being brought by SDGE against the infringer.
