CONSEQUENCES OF VIOLATING AGREEMENT. I acknowledge that the NAMSS Board has the duty to investigate potential breaches of this Agreement and to take appropriate action in the best interest of NAMSS to remedy any confirmed breach. I further agree that I have the obligation of self-reporting any potential breach on my part as soon as I have identified the concern.
