Consequences to a Withdrawn Member. (a) From and after the date of Withdrawal of the Withdrawn Member, the Withdrawn Member’s Sharing Percentage shall be allocated among the other Members proportionally in accordance with their Sharing Percentages pursuant to Section 6.2.
