Common use of Consequences to the Company upon Withdrawal of a Member Clause in Contracts

Consequences to the Company upon Withdrawal of a Member. The Company shall not be dissolved, in and of itself, by the Withdrawal of any Member, but shall continue with the surviving or remaining Members as members thereof in accordance with and subject to the terms and provisions of this Agreement if at the time of such Withdrawal there are one or more remaining Members (any and all such remaining Members being hereby authorized to continue the business of the Company without dissolution and hereby agree to do so).
