Consequential Changes. Each provision of this Agreement shall be subject to such reasonable changes of construction as the Administrative Agent may from time to time reasonably specify to be necessary or appropriate to reflect the introduction of or changeover to the euro in participating member states in accordance with customary practices in the market.
