Consequential Loss Exclusion. Subject always to Clause 17.2 (Exceptions to Limitations), in no event shall either Party be liable to the other for: 17.4.1 consequential loss or damage; and/or 17.4.2 loss of profit, loss of goodwill, or loss of anticipated savings.
