Common use of Consequential Losses Clause in Contracts

Consequential Losses. In no event shall NH be liable for any consequential losses, actual or potential loss of income, profit, revenue or data including without limitation any indirect or special loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise. NH will take all reasonable steps to avoid negligence.
