Conservation Costs. The Conservancy shall pay all reasonable costs associated with the establishment of the Conserved Area. The costs of the implementation of the Management Plan for the duration of this agreement will be shared between the Conservancy and the Landowner, which costs may include the following, as detailed in the Management Plan: 7.5.1. Clearing alien invasive vegetation 7.5.2. Fire management
