CONSIDERATION AND AGREEMENT. IN CONSIDERATION of the mutual covenants and agreements herein contained and of the benefits to be derived herefrom, receipt whereof is hereby severally acknowledged, Seller and Purchaser hereby agree as follows:
CONSIDERATION AND AGREEMENT. In consideration of the Commission’s issuance of Bonds, as defined below, and the undertakings of the Commission and of the Borrower hereunder, the Commission and the Borrower agree as follows.
