In return for this Agreement, and in full and final settlement, compromise, and release of any and all claims that Employee has or may have against the Released Parties (as defined below in Paragraph 3), including Company (as described in Paragraph 3 below), and provided that Employee complies with the obligations under this Agreement, Employer shall pay and provide Employee the payments and benefits described in Sections 9(a)(i)-(ii) of the Employment Agreement.
