Common use of Consideration for and Scope of Waiver Clause in Contracts

Consideration for and Scope of Waiver. The provisions of subparagraph 2(B) have been negotiated by BNPPLC and ChoicePoint as being consistent with the Rent payable under this Lease, and such provisions are intended to be a complete exclusion and negation of any representations or warranties of BNPPLC, of the Participants and of the Affiliates of BNPPLC and the Participants, express or implied, with respect to the Property that may arise pursuant to any law now or hereafter in effect or otherwise, except as expressly set forth herein.
