Consideration for Assets. As consideration for the sale of the Assets to Buyer and for the other covenants and agreements of the Seller and the Shareholder contained herein, Buyer agrees to pay to the Seller at the Closing the amount of $1,860,000 in the form of a cashier's check or bank check or wire transfer of immediately available funds to an account designated by the Seller.
