CONSIDERATION FOR AWARD. The consideration for the RSUs is your continued service to the Corporation as an Employee during the Restricted Period set forth below. If you do not continue to perform services for the Corporation as an Employee during the entire Restricted Period as set forth below under “RESTRICTED PERIOD, FORFEITURE,” your Award will be forfeited in whole or in part.
