CONSIDERATION FOR OTHERS. 13.1. You must treat Our staff and others living in the Accommodation with proper consideration and respect. You must not use other people’s possessions without their permission, or damage or take them. 13.2. You must treat others living in the neighbourhood with proper consideration and respect. Things that are likely to make people complain are: Noise, especially after 22.00 hours and before 08.00 hours, Litter, Walking in large groups so that others cannot pass This is not an exhaustive list and other activities may justifiably cause people to complain. 13.3. You must not throw anything out of the windows of the Accommodation. 13.4. You must not cause an obstruction at the Accommodation. 13.5. We may restrict Your use of the Shared Areas (for example by making non-essential services out of bounds, or restricting Your use to certain times) if We reasonably believe that Your use of them is having a serious adverse effect on others.
