Common use of Consideration for Purchases Clause in Contracts

Consideration for Purchases. On the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Company agrees to make Purchase Price payments to the Originators in accordance with Article III and to reflect all contributions in accordance with SECTION 1.6.
