Consideration For This Arbitration Agreement. The Parties agree that new or continued employment, the Employer’s agreement to pay all fees and costs including JAMS filing fees and administrative costs, as well as the cost of the arbitrator, and the mutual promises to arbitrate the claims covered by this Arbitration Agreement serve as adequate consideration.
