Common use of Consideration from SecureWorks Clause in Contracts

Consideration from SecureWorks. If Executive signs this Agreement and does not revoke it during the Revocation Period (defined in paragraph 19), and except as provided in paragraphs 1.b and 2, SecureWorks will provide Executive with the following good and valuable consideration:
