CONSIDERATION OF HIRING. County Employees Targeted for Layoffs or are on a County Re-employment List Should Contractor require additional or replacement personnel after the effective date of this Master Agreement to perform the Services set forth herein, Contractor must give first consideration for such employment openings to qualified, permanent County employees who are targeted for layoff or qualified, former County employees who are on a re-employment list during the life of this Master Agreement.
