CONSIDERATION ( ) OPTION. 1 A. CONTRACTOR shall provide the sales tax and economic analysis Services described in Section II-A above for a fee of $525 per month, commencing with the month of the Effective Date (hereafter referred to as “monthly fee”). This will be for four (4) quarterly meetings. The monthly fee shall be invoiced quarterly in arrears, and shall be paid by CITY no later than 30 days after the invoice date.
