XxxxxxxxxxxXxxxxx, this Continuation Agreement shall be fully effective and binding upon the parties in accordance with its terms on the eighth (8th) calendar day after the date that Xx. Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx signed and delivered this Continuation Agreement to MEMCMEMC (“Effective Date”).
