Common use of CONSIDERATION PROVIDED BY EXECUTIVE Clause in Contracts

CONSIDERATION PROVIDED BY EXECUTIVE. During the period of his employment hereunder, Executive agrees to serve as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Institution. Executive shall render administrative and management services to the Institution such as are customarily performed by persons in a similar executive capacity. During said period, Executive also agrees to serve, if elected, as an officer and director of the Holding Company or an affiliate. Failure to reappoint or reelect Executive as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Institution, without the consent of Executive, shall constitute a breach of this Agreement.
