Consideration & Revocation Periods; Effective Date. Employee has been given twenty-one (21) calendar days after the date Employee received this Agreement (“21-day Consideration Period”) within which to review and consider this Agreement, to discuss the Agreement with an attorney of Employee’s own choosing, and to decide whether or not to sign this Agreement. The Company hereby advises Employee to consult with an attorney of Employee’s own choosing during this 21-day Consideration Period.
