Common use of Consideration; Survival Clause in Contracts

Consideration; Survival. The Executive acknowledges and agrees that the compensation and benefits provided in this Agreement constitute adequate and sufficient consideration for the covenants made by the Executive in this Section 7 and in the remainder of this Agreement. As further consideration for the covenants made by the Executive in this Section 7 and in the remainder of this Agreement, the Company has provided and will provide the Executive certain proprietary and other confidential information about the Company, including, but not limited to, business plans and strategies, budgets and budgetary projections, income and earnings projections and statements, cost analyses and assessments, and/or business assessments of legal and regulatory issues. The Executive’s obligations under this Section 7 shall survive any termination of his or her employment as specified herein.
