Common use of CONSIDERING Clause in Contracts

CONSIDERING. The Law 2nd August 1999, n. 264, regarding “Regulations on access to university courses” and subsequent integrations and modifications; - the Decree 927 of 28th November 2017 “Institution and approval of the non-statal University legally recognized” denominata «Saint Camillus International University of Health Sciences», also called «UniCamillus» in Rome; PROVIDED THAT the student/the person exercising parental authority is required to read the Statute, the Tuition Fees and Contribution Regulation, the Didactic Regulations and the Documents posted on the University website, that detail the teaching methodologies, the Study Plan, the services provided, the rules for the delivery of said services, the evaluation criteria, the loss of student rights, the deadlines for the tuition fees, as well as the modalities for study withdrawal, discontinuation, or outgoing transfer. THE PARTIES HEREBY AGREE AS FOLLOWS:
